Hi all, starting to pull my hair out with the competent authority, have submitted a couple of different mapp documents and get told that either they are too short or too long!!! If you look at COMAH guidance documents it states that if lower teir site, a mapp document can be a short document as long as it mentions other aprts of h&s management system etc, but, tiried this and get negative feedback from Competent authority. Hoping someone out there can offer help and advice and even a basic template to work from ( aware that it needs to be site specific etc), but even a framework would help.
