Has CDM superceded health & safety.
I say this because having a discussion with a colleague they seem to bring any discussion about any topic back to CDM - So If I Highlight some topic that I think is non building work orientated the discussion always reverts to "Its covered by CDM" ( The Management part of CDM)
So therefore is H&S defunct and everything should be covered under CDM?
Tongue in cheek topic for Friday afternoon.

Nah! Well, unless you mean Cadburys Dairy Milk, then that definitely supersedes EVERYTHING including health and safety. Just popping to the fridge for a bit of fruit and nut.

Never eaten CDM since an unwanted additive a few years ago:-(
Have to agree though as the APS and others seem to have made claim to be the centres of excellence for construction safety. IOSH construction group have lost the plot completely somewhere.
