Hi,

Bit of a cheeky request but trying to produce a new very visible KPI report for the new year at my site. Would anyone have any good KPI dashboard type documents they wouldn't mind sharing? Want it to be visual and clear, maybe traffic light format. I'm also trying to develop a training matrix profile that details training per job function. Struggling to might it look well & not unwieldy- again if anyone wouldn't mind sharing I would very much appreciate it. Thanks, happy NYE!

You will learn very quickly being cheeky isn't compatible with this forum.

The only surprise is that you haven't been on the end of the usual rhetoric telling you to sort it yourself.
