I understand that the suggested time frame for FLT refresher training is somewhere between 3 and 5 years, and should also be based on monitoring of drivers, incidents & accidents etc, but can anyone tell me where the 3-5 years comes from? I have looked in the L117 ACoP and there is no timescale mentioned. I have tried to use the search facility, but get an error message

Carol, yes, the 3-5 year period is suggested in HSG136 paragraph 651. HSG136 is a very good resource for all kinds of transport issues.
