Has anyone ever used one of them? if so, what was your experience, and did you get the result you were looking for? Please share your experiences with me. Good or bad.

I've used Penna, they gave a very personalised service rather than just generic, which I found useful. I can't comment on costs - my employer arranged it. No outcome as yet as I've just joined you in looking for a job.
