Hi All,
As per title really are they premissable on walkways? Seems to prevent a very obvious trip hazard to me.
Any input greatfully recieved.

It is common practice but also bad practice. It is actually laziness by the erector and a method of saving on materials (marginal).

Better still ask whoever signs the register if they really are part of a scaffold in good order. Remember this is actually a regulatory required register/inspection report.

Even beter better still make it totally at his cost:-)
This use of boards really irks me as it is so easy to do it right but then hard to correct once done wrong
