Does anyone have any information or statistics on accidents occurring at clay pigeon shoots?

In my experience about 2/3 of the Clays receive fatal injuries.

Thanks for the replies. Someone I know has been quite badly injured recently by a wayward clay.

You'd need to indentify if it was a commerical shoot or a private shoot.

The CPSA may also have further information.
I did shoot clays for many years and have never managed to get myself shot or hit by a clay or debris. I reckon it does happen though.

I frequent the shop of a world championship venue (far too often apparently) and I have had bits of shot clay scudding around my feet in the car park.
