Hi All, Had a couple of 'It's not my job' comments recently and was wondering if anyone has any good quotes, posters, training material they could share. Rob

I'm not sure if I still have it, but I remember a comic photo in which someone marking a white (or possibly yellow) line at the side of the road had gone around a fallen branch instead of moving it.

Kate, Thank you, I think I recall the picture, might be worth a try. I will see if I can find in on Google. Rob

Best one I've seen was a poster stating " This person is responsible for your Safety " Underneath was a mirror. Made people comment.

Rob, When I started with a previous appointment, everything to do with elf 'n' safety was passed to the elf 'n' safety Officer! I think they considered the position as an Island and no-one else had to be concerned with it! Was nigh on impossible to change that mindset as the main culprits were the senior management team!
