Hi all, I am looking for workforce questionnaires that are used to evaluate employee opinions regarding the HSE issues of the business. Does anyone have anything they are willing to share? If so I would be very grateful Thanks David

Try this HSE link. It is a whole process (including a questionnaire) to identify where you are, where you need to be and how to get there. http://www.hse.gov.uk/construction/lwit/index.htm

I did an employee survey some years ago based on the one in BS8800. There were others around at the time including a Large Principal Contractor one I got my hands on, but I found some of the questions were a bit leading. Hard to explain, but sometimes you are asked to complete a questionnaire and to honestly answer the questions asked it comes out positive, but really you were not that impressed ( Do you know what I mean). So I modified the BS8800 one slightly and used that. The thing with this was it gave no guidance on how to interpret what you ended up with. I did find that I could group the questions myself and analysed it from there. It may be worth a look at these questions ( if you can get your hands on a copy ). If interested PM me and I may still have the info on how I grouped the questions.
