Does anyone have a good provider for <10 tonne excavator refresher training that they could recommend? Please PM rather than risk breaching user guidelines on here - and, No, I'm not thinking of doing it myself!

I know not everyone is a fan of card schemes but you could have a look at the CPCS website and do a search for their approved trainers; from my experience some will offer the equivalent level of training as required for a CPCS card but issue an in-house training cert.
