Here's a tricky one for the legal eagles amongst you. At the IOSH conference this year during the presentation at the end of the first day; Compensation Claim Live! There was one brief reference, in the summing up, to a case in the 1940's that mentioned something about lapses of concentration. It was only referred to very briefly. It caught my attention because my board are always very worried about this. I wondered if there was anyone out there who knew about this case in more detail. From the way it was referred to it seemed that it was a well known case. But I've not heard about it. I'd love to know the details. Thanks Graham
