Afternoon all,
Has anyone completed this course? Is it worth the money? The trust that i work for has over 5,000 sets of fire doors and are looking into this course..
Interested to hear any comments?
Thanks in anticipation for any help.
Cheers

No requirement to "go" on a course such as this. It seems to me that too many outfits are creating "courses" to create an income stream.
Most, if not all of the information you require will be available from the door and door furniture manufacturers
We never needed this "course" in the past -nor do we now.

I second that - this is another income scheme thats not needed. As said by Jon - visit the door furniture manufacturers websites for fire door info and maintenance check lists

Firesafety101 wrote:We never needed the OSHCR but HSE are recommending them now? But is it required? Also, the OSHCR Register is a register rather than a training course.
