As nobody has responded (I guess as it is not a H&S standard) I thought I would make a suggestion. Would it be possible for you to join in with another company running the course at their place of work? Could you suggest this to one of the training company's you have already found. I have often found that when organising a course that very close to the training day Mr X could not attend and so we needed to sort his training out again.

This however could be done as we had a spare place that the training organisation could ask us if we would accept a straggler and then for us our straggler would join in with someone else’s group.

This can help courses as then there is fresh blood in the group with possibly a slightly different perspective on the subject and possibly sharing of good practice. The training organisation also gets another fee.

This is just a thought which you may have already explored; sorry I could not point you to a specific course as per your request.
