Can someone assist in letting me know how to calculate the ventilation requirement for a general work place/office environment?

A general formula with the definition of variables would do.

BS5925 Design for natural ventilation.

Not sure it will work for the Middle East though

What sort of building are you looking to calculate for?

For a general office space CIBSE recommends a suggested fresh air supply rate of 10 litres/second per person.

IMO, as a rule of thumb, office spaces should generally have between 3-6 air changes per hour.

I am unable to type up the calculation due to restricted keyboard functions on this forum but if you PM me I can send you a document which will help.

Regards
TJ
