Folks

Has anyone got a confined space checklist that I could use when I do an inspection and auidt of our employees on site. If not could anyone advise me where I could get one. Thye types of confined entries would be for example sewage systems/tunnels etc. Any guidane would be appreciated Ed (edwarddeighan@yahoo.com)

You are a Consultant and having to ask this question would seem to indicate that you do not have the skills, knowledge or experience (ie competence) to undertake a task that I would presume you intend to charge a fee for.

I presently work to a private firm and dont do consultancy. I have completed a four day confined space and rescue course and passed it. I have a confined space checklist but I would of liked to compare it against other peoples incase I missed something. Thats all. However, I appreciate where your coming from and your concern. Thanks anyway Ed

Eddy, why don't / didn't you formulate a checklist based on your company's own management arrangements / system?

Rodger, if you are basing this on the fact that Eddy belongs to the Consultancy Group you need to bear in mind that members can join whatever Groups they wish. It does not mean that this is their main field.
