Dear all
Would anybody be so kind and provide me with a document that details an inspection regime for different types of inspections i.e. 6 monthly type vehicle inspections, 1 monthly site inspections, 1 monthly office inspections (this is only an example of types and frequencies).
I would be ever so grateful i any of you lovely people could help me out.

You will get quite a few varied answers based on industry. These are yours to decide dependant on Risk factors,previous audits/inspections,company policy,unless a they are statutory inspections such a Loler.

Hi Dennish I am not actually after a definitive frequency, rather a template that i.e. can edit with my chosen frequencies and titles of inspections. I just wanted something that looked professional looking to use as a document on my contract.
