So is that now a forseeable risk that should be included on all asbestos risk assessments?? After all if it's happened once it can happen again.

RIDDOR? Doesn't it depend on whether the spider was 'just passing through' (or was that the HSE talking about bees?) (Anyone remember that post - oh the good old days :) )

So - if it is found in a workplace, what should we be looking at? Dangerous Wild Animals Act 1976 or Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012? Tea anyone?

Gotta love that the people working with asbestos were scared of what they thought was a dead spider :-). Guess everyone has their own risk thermometer.
