does anyone have reference to any incidents relating to accidents / near misses / prosecutions resulting from persons exiting a MEWP at height?

David No stats etc but generally frowned on as per http://www.ipaf.org/file.../documents/en/E20810.pdf The BS has an Appendix specifically dealing with this topic.
