Heard from a few colleagues that CO2 portable fire extinguishers are banned in UAE and other part of the world, for its potential to be used as a weapon. Please advise if anyone has more info. Regards, P

I think the rumoured removal of C02 fire extinguishers from public places by police SWAT teams because of the possibility of them being used as weapons of mass murder should be taken with a pinch of salt.

What a Load of Rubbish. A fire officer in the UAE now for two years, loads of CO2 Extinguishers about.
