How do I update my CPD

I looked on MyIOSH and cant find where to uopdate my CPD any ideas?

For me, click on 'My IOSH' and when the page loads click on 'My CPD' in the box at the top left hand side of the page. Then its click on [something like] 'Add a New Acitivity' to amend the CPD.
