I’m looking for reference data for energy consumption for commercial office accommodation. We have several regional offices throughout Europe that are rented floor space within a large multi tenanted building and do not have access to energy billing or the capacity to meter or measure the energy provided by the landlords. Do you have or are you aware of reference data that gives an indication of the amount of energy consumed per square metre of office accommodation which would include heating and or air conditioning lighting and power.
