Hi all , hopefully I'm posting this in the right area , I'm recently starting out in H&S and as with many before me I'm wondering if I'm heading in the right direction , I've recently completed ngc1,2,3 with dist , and I'm now responsible for compiling all route risk assessments for a local council waste collection section, Whilst I'm gaining experience in risk spotting and managing out on the roads I was wondering if there are any courses that would compliment what I am doing and enable me to gain more and take me further in transport etc, also am I worth joining as IOSH paid member , Thanks all.
