Is there a website or photo library that someone can point me towards where there are lots of photo's of HSE incidents that are open source and unrestricted in the public domain ? I don't even mind if it is some of the 'funny' ones that we all see every now and again, as we can learn from all incidents. I am pulling together a presentation for about 30 HSSE professionals so I want a small selection of photos that they may not have seen before, which is a bit of a challenge.

There is a website that brings together in one place, photographs of hazards, poor working procedures and near misses in the workplace. They are not HSE incidents in particular, but general poor working conditions. Check out: www.safetyphoto.co.uk

It's good to know that I was able to assist. Good luck with the presentation - remember to put my screen name in the credits!
