Step Change in Safety's 'Remembering Piper -- The night that changed our world' was screened as part of a Workforce Involvement Day at Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre.

Thanks for the links.
Anyone with an interest in safety should have a very good understanding of the Piper Alpha accident. Don't assume that because it happened on an offshore oil platform that it doesn't apply to you.
The video on the link does not go into the causes, but the root causes of Piper Alpha could apply to any business.
