Dear all
Could anyone be so helpful and provide me with a First Aid Risk Assessment for an office, I will be eternally grateful. Just to clarify, I am after a template rather than a completed Risk Assessment. Looking to assess what equipment is required and how many first aid personnel, along with type of first aid training.
Any help would be much appreciated.....

Er . . .
A template for a risk assessment?
Check out the HSE guidance: "As a minimum, a low-risk workplace such as a small office should have a first-aid box and a person appointed to take charge of first-aid arrangements, such as calling the emergency services if necessary. Employers must provide information about first-aid arrangements to their employees."
It does depend on the office size etc. It could be multi-storey with 800.
Then use their "First aid at work assessment tool" Write down your input info and conclusions (shopping list). End of.

Actually the tool is supposed to print out the results, even better! Although I can't get it to work.

Firstly you need to confirm that you are a low risk environment thereafter determine your needs as I am not convinced that all offices are low risk environments
NB: Shops are now classified as low risk but get robbed at knife point, staff are attacked etc. robbed etc. very regularly so how can they all be low risk?
