I want to review our compliance against The Electricity at Work Regulations and wondered was anyone willing to forward me a copy of an audit document that they have used to measure their performance? Thanks

Such an "audit" would seem somewhat futile - and beyond the scope of those other than experienced and qualified electrical engineers. The competent electrician who tests and inspects your fixed installations to current standards is essentially measuring your Employer's compliance with the greater majority of discrete Regulations within EAWR1989. It might be better to approach this from the perspective of compliance with best practice - e.g. the Guidance Memorandum associated with EAWR. I have seen various "audit tools" which claim to offer a measure of compliance with specific regs. - and been less than impressed.
