A client has raised a concern relating to the fact that they occupy a building, a part of which, is also used by the Courts Services as a court on a monthly basis. The court was always there and my clients have moved in over the past year. The concern is relating to the court "clients" who have free access to circulation areas and shared toilets although there is no history so far of any problems. Has anyone any experience of such a scenario and what they have done to aleviate concerns from staff??
