Manual handling pre-hung composite fire doors

Does anyone out there have an innovative method of handling pre-hung composite fire doors? I've tried carrymate tools without success.
These doors are around 46kg and between 75 and 95mm wide. They have an integral weatherboard that makes the bottom end wider than the top. They cannot be dismantled as this would destroy the fire resistance. They are being carried by two persons up flights of stairs on which there are narrow landlings. There is a very tiny margin for error as regards handling to avoid damaging the door and trapping fingers. We cannot get them into the building by any other method ( e.g. through windows) and we cannot have them delivered direct to the property as they'd be stolen before fitting.
Has anyone had a similar challange and if so how did you solve it?
Thank you

Not sure I can help you with your problem but i am intrigued as to why the doors have a weatherboard. To me this implies they are external doors and I then wonder why they are fire resisting.
Just wondering?

Thanks one and all, I've asked for further info on the stairclimber. In response to the query regarding the weatherboards - I gather they are external doors but fitted in communal entrances to flats so not outside. They are just as the client specified and are being fitted as both outside and inside doors. This is the beauty or not of bulk orders of one style/make/spec.
Thanks again
