Working in a bakery one of our major accidents is accidental burns off the end of the ovens the ovens are all stainless steel becuase of cleaning for food safety. Question Does anyone know of a covering or coating say a ceramic plate that could be screwed over the stainless steel that would still be easy to clean for food safety purpose but it would be cool or cold to the touch as it was not conducting heat? any views are welcome as we currently use long sleeve ppe (last resort) but still get burns when the ppe slips
