Hello All, I would be grateful for some advice on the title subject please. I work for a SME and am responsible for general H&S in our office area. We have about 60 staff and the welfare facilities consist of a few toilets and wash basins and 1 shower, the cold water is supplied from a rising main, no tank, and the hot water supplied from an instant heater. Having read the ACoP until nearly word blind my understanding would be that the risk is very low and that my only actions would be to arrange regular cleaning of the shower head and monitoring of the outlet temperature. Thoughts please? Many thanks in advance Barry

Yes, I would say your'e correct but record the fact you have assessed the risk along with your findings and recommendations. You should also periodically review.
