Hello, I was hoping that somebody would be able to help me with an example risk assessment for people working shifts. Having previously worked rotating shifts myself (earlier, lates and nights) I know that the demands on sleep, eating and stress levels can be challenging. If somebody does have a risk assessment then this would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks and best wishes
