Hi all,
Can anyone point me in the direction of the key sources of health and safety law in Mexico and China, please? I'm having a little bother locating their equivalent of the HSE, and copies of legislation etc in english!
Many thanks,
Alex

There may not be an 'equivalent of the HSE' in Mexico and China for a host of constitutional reasons. For example, China is not a signatory to the 2006 Universal Declaration on Occupational Health and Safety.
The Secretariat of the Ergonomics Societies in Mexico and China may well be your best source of information in the first instance. You can find the relevant website URLs, email addresses, names and telephone numbers at the website of the International Ergonomics Association, www.iea.cc. In my experience, some orientals love to exchange information about shared professional interests.

Thanks Kieran.
Further suggestions are still welcome.

This might help. I don't know how official / definitive it is (for the UK, it's not comprehensive, but it's a start). It does have broken links, and it is generally in the native language (not English) but it might provide some pointers.
