The safety culture of an organisation is the shared attitudes, values, beliefs and behaviours relating to health and safety Other simple defination: The way we do thing arount here is called Safety Cuture. Can we say 2nd defination is aslo safety culture? Please put valueable feedback.

Yes. "The way we do things around here" is an equally valid term. And 'the way we do things' can be good, bad or indifferent. There are ways to measure.
