Fire is a RIDDOR reportable dangerous occurrence:-
"..........................or fire causing suspension of normal work for over 24 hours"
A fire that does not cause suspension of normal work for over 24 hours is not reportable IMHO.

Unless it's been caused by an electrical short circuit. In which case it's reportable irrespective.
