A client wants to do some work othe ROI and has been asked to provide method statements etc, but has come to a bit of an impasse in respect of covering the reference to relevant legislation as it applies in the Rebublic (i.e. the ROI Safety health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and ROI 2006 Construction Regulations). Has anybody else encountered this, and how can it be resolved? Ta.

Hi Decimomal, I dont really understand the question but if you explain it further I may be able to help. Are you looking to reference comparative ROI legislation to UK Legislation? Kevin
