Hi Folks, I have been asked to prepare a ten minutes presentation for the management on the implementation of an integrated management system to the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001, encompassing the planning, implementing and monitoring. Your thought guys on the best approach would be appreciated.

IOSH has a really good document on this that sets out the pros, cons and pitfalls - it's on the website.

Has your company decided that they would like to implement an integrated management system or is it still at the planning stage and would like to know what the benefits of an IMS are?

I wasn't being sarcastic by the way, I just meant that a presentation like that has a lot of information to get across to management and to cram it all in to 10 minutes might not do the subject justice

This is part of an interview process and I think they are at the planning stage.
