Wondering if anyone can help me. One of my clients has an employee who was a plant instructor in the army, albeit a number of years ago. They would like him to train new crane operators, Am I right in thinking that a "train the trainer" course would suffice given his experience or would he have to go down some other route. Thanks in advance

Is the the chaps Qualification still valid,i was and still am a training provider in the security industry and for IOSH. However due to changes in 2006 i and many other Train the Trainers had to qualify for City&Guilds7302 in delivery and learning as some aspects of training was classroom based.
