Hi Folks, I started to update my CPD.
I want to know about credits. How these are accrued. Whether these are automatic or one has to enter the number. what is the basis? Can any body explain please?

You have to enter your own number of credits according to how beneficial you feel the specific course / seminar / self development activity or whatever actually was.
I recommend you look at the Member's forum where there are plenty of threads on this subject with some excellent advice.

There certainly used to be something on this in the CPD guidance. It boiled down to:
0 - I didn't learn anything from this activity
1 - I learned a bit or at least reinforced what I already knew
2 - I learned a significant amount
3 - This was a really good learning experience
At least that's how I assign mine.
Don't get hung up on the points though, it's not that important.
