Hi all, I am trying to implement a safe systems of work into my workplace , we are a marine engineering company . That on ocassion test hoses for hpu units before they are mobilised to vessels. Do any of my fellow peers have any examples of this for me to have some idea of how to write a ssow?

The best format I've seen is one page of A4 with a flowchart down the middle setting out the steps from job preparation through to cleaning up and a box in each corner for additional information such as what the hazards are and what PPE is needed. This visual presentation is very easy to follow and inviting to read.
