Can anyone point me towards source of information on ice rooms (spa treatments not walk in fridges) and any H&S aspects concerning the use of, maintaining etc. please? This is a feature that is currently being considered at my place of work. Has anyone got experience of an ice room? Many Thanks

Some lovely biofilms even at low temperature Individual plunge pools and the deep ice tubs used by athletes and by dancers become filthy very quickly. They are usually refreshed daily, but infrequently cleaned. Larger pools, including those used at the Olympics, have too few changes of water to keep them really clean. Scale that down, and the problem doesn't go away.
