Hello, can someone please point me in the right direction for some reading material on the above. I have recently joined a company who has a very large fleet of company cars, some vans. I would appreciate receiving some form of referal for such material so I can start to get my head around tackling driver risk / behaviour??

RoSPA and BRAKE are good starting points plus there are quite a few consultants who specialise in this area of risk.

As previously said, Brake and RoSPA are excellent sources. Also worth a read: http://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/indg382.pdf
