Not sure if I have misssed something (don't beat me up please). I understand that the ACOP to the Management Regs has been withdrawn - are the Reg's themselves still extant?
If we no longer refer to the ACOP what is the best point of reference to refer to in respect of Risk Assessments; particularly in respect of evaulating levels of risk?
Many thanks.

Morning,
HSG65 is being revised and should be published soon. It will follow plan, do, check, act.
Information on risk assessments will be in the 'do' section. Have a look on the HSE website for more info on it and what each section will contain guidance on.
Hope that helps.

MHSW still applies and is not being withdrawn as far as I am aware and it is only the ACOP that has gone
In my personal view; as for the new HSG 65 /management guidance that I have seen to date = enough said

Agree with above posting, HSG 65 - don't sit on the fence Bob, you may get splinters !!

L21 is withdrawn, that doesn't mean it is no longer relevant. Whilst inappropriate to make reference to it, nothing wrong with using the excellent guidance and ACoP information it contains.
As others alllude, the "alternative" stuff on the HSE website etc. is often a bit..........pants.
With a few wee exceptions, LONG LIVE L21!
