Hi all, has anyone created a road map driving health and safety in the business, I have been asked to complete one of these and I am looking for ideas on what type of information should be added to the map.

Do you mean a plan? I would do a gap analysis eg look at your SMS (safety Management System) v HSG65 or 18001 (which should involve looking at legalislative requirements). I would use a speadsheet and identify what gaps you have - then prioritise them, assign actions with timescales, get some management support, communicate / launch it, then regularly review progress................ As part of this you would put in KPIs (Key performence indicators) both reactive and proactive so you could measure your ongoing performance. Hope this helps.
