We have an increasing number of employees contracted to work from home. They have said in the past that they feel left out from safety initiatives and training. I want to put an electronic training package together for them covering: - setting up their home office properly - setting up their laptops the best they can in awkward situations (they work from hospitals) - carrying laptops/heavy files (many of them have to carry boxes of files wherever they go) - fire safety in the house - reminder of safe driving - sensitive documents security Do you have any other thoughts of topics I could cover? thanks

They'll still feel left out. Social isolation is a real issue for tele-workers. What about a regular series of interactive video broadcasts in real time? Don't confuse "training" with the provision of information/instruction.
