One of our clients has asked for an HSE Integration Plan but has given us no guidance regarding content, have any forum members come across this type of document and can share what can / should be included?

Why not ask them what they actually require.
If they want you to integate your safety procedures with theirs, they must provide you with the necessary information to do this.

Thanks for response and yes we have asked them for guidance but they are not very forthcoming, anyway there now seems to be some confusion because they are now asking for an Interface Plan!

Are you trying to integrate your interfaces or interface with your ingrates?
Perhaps you should just try talking to each other, because after all as Busby used to say...it’s good to talk.
