Hi all

I am trying to source the relevant guidance document regarding swimming pools. In particular, L8 requirements. Before someone comments, I have had a look through L8 and cannot find anything direct regarding swimming pools, so strictly speaking swimming pools are not under 'the L8 umbrella', but I am just trying to make it clear what I am after.

Is there a document (British Standard or similar) which outlines water testing intervals and water hygiene and care of swimming pools?

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry, but if you're looking at pool water quality then ISRM Pool Plant Operations is generally regarded as the way

See if you can get hold of a copy of the Swimming Pool Treatment and Quality Standards published by the Pool Water Treatment Advisory Group (ISBN 0951700766). It should tell you what you need to know in terms of maintaining water quality.
