Christmas is coming. More night work to fill up the shops. Any retail health & safety managers got any tips for a risk assessment to cover this activity please? Thanks,

Which part of the retail sector are you working in ?
Supermarkets are a different beast compared to clothing for example

Will the crew be lone working?
Will it be a 3 shift system? Look at suitable handovers
Will the team be temporary workers? Remember Management regs - temporary worker risk assessments (Reg 15 to 19 somewhere...) and sufficient supervision, toolbox talks etc.
