Can NC-4 permits be extended or will a new permit need to be issued, I understand NC1,2,3 permits can't be extended and need to be re-issued that's why I ask the question advise please.

This is from a Water industry scheme. Can't help the OP though, we don't do this, although we do encounter these sites.

I would issue a new permit at the start of every new working day to ensure that there are no additional specified risks and the controls are still in place.
