I have a staff canteen onsite and would like to conduct a food safety check / audit so I am looking for an EU/Uk proforma if anyone has one they can share, or can point me in the right direction please.

Hi Mark. I am guessing you are not just talking about a room with tables and a kettle, but a food-serving facility.
Presumably amongst those who work there (a serving canteen) will be food safety qualified people who may well be doing 'checks' already, based on their training and the kitchen standards laid down. What does the supervisor do?
I am assuming that you do not hold food safety qualifications or you would probably not be asking for a UK/EU proforma, of which there is none. Checklists however, do abound, and your local council EHO can probably offer something they use.
Audits are different, although again, could be developed, and completed, by those with particular food safety / HACCP skills, if they are necessary.
There is a distinction between kitchen safety and food safety, so I am unsure what concerns you actually have to prompt your query.

Thanks sadlass, SBH, the FSA information is sufficient for what I need.
I am just looking to ensure that they are meeting the right regs.
Had HACCP skills many years ago which have sadly been pushed from my brain by new information.
