Would someone be able to advise as to the frequency they have the above done.I am thinking 12 monthly as we have a small kitchen in a school doing apprx 200 meals a day.Thanks

Search Google for the Building & Engineering Services Association TR19 guide This is recognised best practice for keeping such ducting clean. Although the document is not free, you will find extracts if you search (sorry, not a lot of time to do it for you at the mo)

Good practice is all well and good but the point is how much grease do you have building up over 12 months, ask the cleaning contractors for photos prior to the last clean. If its quite significant then increase the frequency. SBH
